3. Post-Launch (Sustain and Scale)
This is where most teams fade — they celebrate launch week, then lose steam.
- Gather early feedback and fix friction points fast.
- Launch retargeting and referral loops.
- Share proof — testimonials, early wins, usage stats.
- Transition from campaign mode to retention mode.
Goal: turn curiosity into trust — and trust into growth.
Step 3: Build a Channel Stack That Fits Your Stage
